My experience here was really good. The service was friendly and she was patient throughout even though I asked to try four different flavors. The inside felt clean, and I have no complaints. Overall, a good experience.

What do these beautiful cakes have in common? They were made by the team at Sunnyside Baskin Robbins! I have ordered many birthday, graduation, and special occasion cakes from them and have always been happy with the results. Brooke and her team are always very kind and accommodating. Thank you for making every events special.

Would be 5 stars if you’d let me tip your employees any amount! Paid $3ish for a scoop with my debit card & tried to tip $2 but their system wouldn’t let me, said the tip amount was “too high.” Your employees tonight were friendly & gave us exceptional service, despite it being close to their closing time. Wonderful positive energy from them, but I didn’t have any cash & your system wouldn’t let me tip them properly. Let us tip them any amount please!! On another note, the new spicy spooky ice cream was cool! Nice spice but I’m not a fan of white chocolate.

Ice cream is always very good here. It depends on whose there as to what kind of service you are going to get.

I was so disappointed in the customer service. The young lady had clearly had a bad experience with her previous customer and took it out on us. My husband asked for a sample, without saying a word, smile or simple acknowledgement swung open the ice cream box handed it to him and then turned to her coworker and started to talk bad about the previous customer. Gave us dirty looks the whole time and did not speak or respond to us until the very end. Not a good feeling. Who wants that when going for ice cream?? This was my one outing of the day as a new postpartum mom. Ruined. As someone who works customer service, I get it can be hard but brush it off and don’t take it out on your next customers
