I guess I can't speak for everyone, but this is the first time I come to this location and it was very pleasant. I had an issue with a Doordash order where they were out of stock of an item, and that's fine, I messaged my Dasher to ask if there were any substitutions. My Dasher kept messaging me back with very dry bothered responses, they had ended up giving my order to a different Dasher and just taking my order for themselves. The second Dasher recommended me just calling the restaurant, which I ended up doing and just saying I'll go pick it up myself. Very, very, nice staff on the phone and in person. She was very understanding and accommodating. Not sure why this place has the rating it has, but at least from my experience it's a 5 star.

I went to pick up a polar pizza for my daughters birthday. When I got to the store it said $16.99 on the box. At checkout it was $26, I questioned the $10 difference and the worker said that’s what it rang up for. I understand prices have increased but the store needs to do a better job writing the new prices on their items.

I always go to this place for my favorite drink, where I live I have one on the corner of my house, but I stopped going because all the time it had a different flavor, they didn't do it the same, sometimes good, sometimes bad. I changed locations I don't mind going any further but the taste was always the same today I had to try my favorite drink and it tastes horrible the taste is not from a blass cappuccino this location was my favorite batavia 😔.

One awful experience picking up a birthday cake. We ordered a Ghost cake. BR code is H119. Picture of what is suppose to look like and their scribble when they took the order. Third pic is what I got. Seriously???? How does one get from the pic in the catalogue to what I received. The people in the store were no help and shame on me for going to pick it up the day before I need it. I would recommend you avoid this place. No one making the cake or reviewing the end product could make this error.

i’ve gone in 5 different times 3 times online and 2 in store and they never ever have the flavors they say they do online. even if it’s a basic flavor this store never has it. do not order online here
