Baskin-Robbins

Got a small ice cream today. The girl serving me was a trainee. She barely put a small scoop in the cup. I asked the person training her if the amount in the cup was correct as a gentle way to give her an opportunity to teach the trainee. She lied and said it was correct. I told her that there’s no way it’s correct because, not only could I eat what she served me in literally three bites, but I’ve been ordering the same thing for years and the portion isn’t even half of what is typically served at any Baskin-Robbins location. On top of all that, the ice cream was icy. Ugh. Don’t bother with this location.

I visited the store on 6/18/2025 at about 9:45PM with the kids, and asked for the $1.99 scoops. I was told that there was no $1.99 scoops, so I opened my App and showed it the staff. I was told that I have to order it online. I told the staff that the QR code can be scanned. I was told that the scanner has not been working ALL day, so I left the store without any ice cream. If the scanner has not been working all day, someone should’ve insure that the scanner is working to scan the QR code. I should not have been denied the opportunity to obtain ice cream for myself and the kids.

I was at this location, the two girls behind the counter were very rude.

I visited this location tonight and Walter was so friendly and seemed genuinely happy with his job. He explained that every Tuesday Baskin Robbins offers buy one get one free, offered me samples when I asked his opinion on a flavor, and was overall very pleasant. It's not often that I leave a review, especially for a chain, but I just appreciated his service that much.

Bathroom was out of order so my son and I had to wait. But coffee was good.
