Baskin-Robbins

I took my wife here after we celebrated our 2 years wedding anniversary at a restaurant nearby. I also wanted to use our T-Mobile Tuesday coupon so it was just the perfect day. I found parking easily since I came at night and most of the other stores already closed. This Baskin Robbins had a line, I think other people were using their coupon as well. When it was our turn to order I got the chocolate chip in a cone and my wife got her rocky road in a cone. When it was time to pay, I wanted to use the QR code from T-Mobile but they said family night single code discount was already applied so I couldn't use it. My wife and I both enjoyed our ice cream, it was delicious and hit the spot for us.

Stopped for some delicious Baskin Robbins ordered a cappuccino blast, single scoop ice cream in Oreo, blossom berries twirl and a sundae with strawberry cheesecake & cookie monster. Service was lacking today in friendliness. When I asked about ice cream options she was not very helpful and seemed inconvenienced.

My banana rótale was delicious! Josie was very sweet!!! She served our ice cream with a big smile and kindness. We will be back soon!

I was craving a milkshake, and one of the things I love about Baskin Robbins is that they can turn any of their ice cream flavors into a milkshake. One of my favorite flavors is chocolate fudge, and I must say it is AMAZING in milkshake form. This location has tables indoors if you prefer to enjoy your treats there. They also have family night on Tuesdays with discounted ice creams. I haven’t tried their cakes yet, but judging from their displays, they look delicious.

Lacking in customer service. I went here mid day and when I entered the three teenage girls working didn’t even acknowledge us. They were having side conversations and side eyeing us but didn’t care to say “hello” or “can I take your order” so I was confused whether someone was going to help us at the front. The girl who actually helped us didn’t even speak and was looking over at the other girls- seemed like she was bothered by us and simply wanted to keep chit chatting with her friends. Will not be coming here again.
