Horrible Customer Service by Management!!!! I tried going to grab ice cream on Friday night with my son when we were greeted with the worst manager I've EVER come in contact with! When we walked up, she saw us approaching and literally raced to the door to lock it before we could even tug on the door. Completely floored, we started to knock on the door as she walked back to the freezer with absolutely no regard for our presence. This manager(Anna) needs to be reprimanded, or she will continue to drive customers away. I've been living in this area for years, and I have never experienced this level of blatant disrespect.

I got here at 9:30 and they were closed. If it does indeed close at that time, change the Google times. The worker was also very rude.

had to stop the girl mid scoop because the ice cream glass had about 7 gnats in it. super gross

They advertise a $5 banana split and ran out of bananas and said it'll be 15 minutes. We waited in the line a long line until we got to the front and once we did they said they cannot sell us a banana split without the bananas they should have said that in the very beginning so we did not wait in the line they were rude and inconsiderate. I cannot believe an establishment as big as 31 flavors would not honor what they literally had advertised on the street. This is in definition false advertisement!!! I will not be going back to this establishment.
