Customer Reviews
We enjoy baskin robbins, ice cream is comparable to coldstone. Though we do prefer coldstone a little more. I was very saddened they got rid of their french vanilla. It was the best ever. Especially the texture. It was creamy, but had some small frozen ice shards in it. Just enough to add SOME contrast, but not too much. We still like the cookies and cream, pralines and cream, oreo, etc. BRING BACK FRENCH VANILLA! I used to buy those by the bucket!
I went to this location yesterday and within 4 hours I was feeling sick. I should have known better after it took several minutes for the employee to get off their cell phone to take our order. Then the employee was very rude!! I would NOT recommend this place unless you want to spend all night on the toilet.
Friendly staff, yummy ice cream. I came in with my 4 young kids that couldn’t decide on the flavor and the young woman serving us was very friendly & patient with them.
I went in tonight to get ice cream for my daughter and I to share. I ended up getting a banana royale. The picture shows banana slices. There was also a banana split I debated on getting. That picture shows a whole banana. The banana royale comes with 2 scoops of ice cream. The menu tells you the size of the scoops. I got cookie dough ice cream and world class chocolate. I asked how much to get 1/2 scoop more of one of the flavors. I was told $1.49, so I decided to do it. I got my ice cream and went to my car to eat it with my daughter. We ate it and most of the bowl was full of bananas. So I paid $9.71 for a bowl mostly full of bananas and hardly any ice cream. I decided to go in and talk about it. I told them what I ordered and that it was mostly bananas and hardly any ice cream. They s
I've been in 2x asking for pineapple topping. Both times they didn't have it. Today when we went in I asked for a 2 scoop sundae. Chocolate ice cream with strawberry topping and nuts. When I got the sundee it had hardly any strawberry topping. Plus they put whip cream on it. Which I did not ask for.
