Baskin-Robbins

I was disappointed with my cake. I ordered days in advance and my cake was not ready at my scheduled pick time. The cake had different characters, the writing was sloppy and birthday was misspelled. I called the manager and complained and he was only willing to refund me six dollars and some change... I paid about $50 for this cake.

The most Jewish scoop of ice cream I've ever received. Totally got ripped off. Now I know to always go to Cold Stone if I want to get my money's worth. If I could, I'd give this dinky place a -5 stars.

Used to go all the time, now they apparently have spoon restrictions pending the type of ice cream ordered, and short each pint by about 1/2 of a cup. Yes I actually measured them when I got home. And yes I mentioned something to the employee about it. Did they listen? NOPE.

Had to wait like 20 min cause 1 person working. Then employee was ranking on the manager for not putting ac and horrible ordering for inventory. She was very unprofessional. Very unsatisfied

So slow on service, one person working and sooo hot in the ice cream store . I waited 25 minutes just for 2 waffle cones with 2 scoops.
