Baskin-Robbins

I’ve been coming to this Baskin & Robbin’s location for a while now, and quite recently—we went there and TWICE, they mistakenly gave me ice cream that included nuts. I have a nut allergy. The first time, about two months ago—I tried to order and the employee was so rude and wasn’t listening. It took her a few minutes just to understand that I wanted two scoops, I couldn’t even tell her my flavors at the moment… like seriously?? Then after that, I told her my two flavors. One was Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, I don’t remember what the other one was. Then she like was “Okay! Okay! I know, I know!” (something along those lines). Basically wasn’t listening and was arrogant, she thinks she knows it all but… Butter Pecan flavor was behind the flavor I asked for (Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough) and

I used to go here a lot as a kid! One Friday evening, a couple of guys who were obviously criminals ran into the place, stole a cake from the freezer, and ran out of the store and into a getaway car before anyone could catch them!

I went there at 9pm on Saturday, July 6. I ordered 2 Qts of Tax Crunch ice cream from the lady attending to me This is a picture of 1 of the 2 Qts I received. The 2nd Qt was about the same. Both had lots of space around and lots of air under since it wasn't packed in making both Qts very light. Way back in the day it was nice when you ordered a Qt at Baskin & Robbins and they would weigh it to show it didnt have a lot of air. This is the least amount I've ever gotten. Hopefully someone sees this resulting in supervisors monitoring their scoopers more but what would be more realistic is for consumers to double check what they receive prior to leaving the shop in order not to be disappointed, feeling cheated , or have to write a review like this.

Chaos you try to order ice cream in the summer and the experience is not good. Staff is running all over the place multitasking from making coffee, working the register and I think they are overwhelmed by online orders.

The icecream was great- coconut nutty icecream. Tasted the pistachio-almond as well and was good. The place could be cleaner. The lady at the counter was in no mood for customer service- had to wait and call her twice to serve me.
