Ordered a Birthday cake for my husband (Papa...if can read it on the cake). A simple, pre-made ice cream cake that is usually displayed in the freezer and on their website. You can also see it on the receipt, in the picture. Does the pics of the cake I received look like the display they present? I don't think so! Uneven, cracked and broken letters, sloppy work..... even the colors are not the same! This is what I paid for? Would anyone want to present this to their husband.... or wife, child, mother, father, or any significant individual in your life? I wouldn't and I won't!! This is so bad that I had to show him a whole 2 days before his birthday because of how disappointed and embarrassed I am.

We all screamed for ice cream !🍦 The kids had a ball with all the free samples & the staff were very friendly. The store was well stocked with ice cream & donuts so there was lots to choose from. My only gripe was the dirty tables. Otherwise, all was great!

I ordered for my grandkids last night delivery they sent the wrong items. They don't even pack the ice cream it was a few scoops Not going back

I went to this place at 8:45 PM, well before their listed closing time, but they had already shut everything down and were not even willing to open the door. Their hours say they close at 9:00 PM, so I don’t understand why they stop serving customers earlier. All I wanted was a cake, and there were still 15 minutes left before closing. Very disappointing experience — if you post business hours, please respect them.

We have ordered several times from this store and almost every time the order is wrong. Order a banana split with chocolate ice cream and instead get a 3 scoops of coffee ice cream! It happens way too frequently and will no longer order or go in for ice cream at this location.
