I was hunting for hand-dip, ice cream, because I'm not a big fan of soft serve. Found this place and it was very handy. I only saw one mployee inside, but she was really nice and helpful. Not huge, but there's quite a bit of parking, and it's accessible to all

The girl at the counter knew there were people wanting to order but paid us no attention and went into the back for some time. Once I finally asked if I could order she mumbled something I couldn’t understand and had to explain what I wanted multiple times.

Came for a milkshake and a dozen donut HOLES. The lady said $19.49! I know inflation is real but this is outrageous. No way I was paying $10 for a dozen donut holes. So I only got the milkshake. I was hesitant on the milkshake but I promised my daughter. Needless to say, we won’t be back to this establishment.

Went here for the first time to grab some Ice Cream for my son and I. Pros: The environment was peaceful and clean. We were seen promptly by an associate who was very helpful. The ice cream itself was delicious and they did have waffle cones in stock (seems to be a common complaint). Cons: Unfortunately they were out of some flavors that I wanted (the ice creams in question looked a little messed up and melty). Also, what I can only assume was the manager/shift leader came out from the back in the middle of our interaction and verbally assualted our associate for something she said he had done. Very unprofessional, but our guy walked it off and stayed respectful and courteous to me and my son.
