Baskin-Robbins

Came here last night with my family of 5 before catching the bus. It just so happened to be 80 cent scoop night for their 80th anniversary. Employee would only let my two older kids try 1 flavor each, they wouldn’t let me or my wife try anything. When we went to tell them our order (5 single scoops) and pay, the employee at the cash register scanned the code on the app to get the 80 cent scoops and he said it didn’t work, Even though the girl right before us used the code without a problem. He told us maybe we should just call customer service to fix the problem. All employees working were very rude. Seems like they wanted to charge full price for the ice cream even though corporate was running a one-day promotion for their 80th anniversary.

I always buy in this store. In 3 o'clock in the morning(10/03/2025) I wanted to buy 2 ice-cream for 14.99 and I gave 2 ten. 1 ten is broken ( look at the photo) but we can use anywhere. One bangladesh guy didn't accept the money and he didn't sell anything. Talking is really rude. I don't buy anything from Dunkin' Donuts ( any store ) in the future. We should make boycott Dunkin' Donuts until they change their staff attitude.

I came in with my friend this was my first time to baskin and Robbins I asked if I could try 2 flavors to make a selection and this lady working here she was like we give only one sample I mean what if I don't like the flavor I try should I just leave the store even though I want to eat an ice-cream at the moment . Such a disrespectful behavior...not recommended at all....please don't waste your time and money here 🙏

Has more flavors than the other 2 nearby baskin robbins. Barely any seating though and usually homeless around
