Baskin-Robbins

Worker denies the service of mixing a milkshake with more than one flavor. This is the 3rd time. First time they said you have to order a large (after ordering mediums, gee what a way to upsell.) the 2nd time they just flat out said we don’t do that, even though Baskin Robbin’s “encourages customers to create custom milkshakes by combining up to 31 flavors” employee always have an attitude after 5 o’clock. See my pictures, welcome to a small town, people don’t forget, even more so when it had to do with a camera in the woman’s bathroom.

Workers have attitude for sure, profiling people when they first walk in and then acting insufferable. Paid for an ice cream and they never even put it in the bag, sadder if it was on purpose considering we didn't even say anything to them besides be polite.

Showed up at 10pm on Friday 3/7/25 and store was closed even though google shows hours until 11pm and the sign on their door shows midnight for Fridays.

I arrived at 10:45 PM and I was told I could not get a shake because the were cleaning. Come on now.

The gentleman who was helping us was patient and courteous despite taking orders for eight people.
