Convenient location in the village of La Jolla. My bank gives me cash back deals for Baskin; however, it's a bit pricey for ice cream. Over $5 for one scoop, but sundaes are only $9-$10. I recommend getting the larger items, like the sundaes, they're the most value for the money. Recommended menu item: cookie dough layered sundae.

Amazing ice cream and employees. Nathan and Alden are both very nice and attentive to my needs as an autistic gender neutral persons. 5 Stars great environment and workers.

I have never been so disrespected as Victor was with me today when picking up my order. As soon as I made a little complete about the writing he completely got an attitude with me and then proceeds to tell me the writing looks good to him. Starts to walk away from me to help another customer I ask to speak with a manager he tells me he is the only one there I ask for a number to call he says his manager would tell me the same thing. It wasn't even the cake I ordered because apparently, the cake decorator was off. I said if the cake decorator is off my suggestion would be that others there covering should practice writing a little bit more so it's a little nicer. I told him it was just a suggestion coming from a customer. Then he pressed to tell me to get out motioning me with his hand. So

I ordered a Baskin Robbins custom cake online for a graduation party in San Diego. The order was placed 3 days in advance through the official Baskin Robbins website. I received an email confirmation and my credit card was charged. When I arrived at the Baskin Robbins store after driving nearly 3 hours, I was told they never received the online cake order. No cake. No order. No solution. This completely ruined my friend’s graduation party. Baskin Robbins online ordering system failed. The customer service was outsourced overseas, unhelpful, and completely incapable of resolving the issue. I was given scripted apologies and zero accountability.
