Terrible customer service! Then when I go to order a two scope regular sundae I get kid scopes for what I asked. Like come on, the ice cream is pricey as it is. At least give me what I'm paying for!

Looked online for a St. Patty's day cake. It was advertised as $29.99 for a 6 in cake. When I got to the store the same cake was $46. I asked about the online price and the front desk girl stated the new owners hadn't updated the online prices. Since I had already committed to bringing an ice cream cake to a gathering I purchased it anyway. It was so stale and gross even the kids threw theirs away. I'm super disappointed as I've purchased many birthday cakes here in the past but I will be going to Santa Maria from now on

I like there Oreo shake but what I don’t like was Something ridiculous I went to go get an oil shake and wanted whip cream on it But the employee said they will have to charge me for the whip cream like what? It’s like when you go to a restaurant and someone says I need to charge you Pieces of your food It’s just whipped cream Why are you charging me Just for whip cream I can easily just go To my house and put more cream on it so ridiculous charging me for whip cream on my Oreo shake

The ice cream is top notch, but the service is even better. My family has made it a weekly tradition for several years now. Stephanie in particular, is a tremendous employee. Stephanie is polite and efficient, but what really matters, is that she goes out of her way to make my kids smile. She remembers what my daughter likes, all the way down to the little spoon. I plan to keep this tradition going for years to come!
