Baskin-Robbins

Waited over 30 minutes for a milkshake. Finally they tell another guy waiting over 15 minutes the flavor is out, ignoring me. I speak up, wanting the same flavor and that i had been waiting over 30 minutes for a milkshake that the kiosk that they want me to order from sometimes doesnt send them the order. At least the employees were pleasant, and did not hesitate to give me my refund. I blame not them, but Baskin Robins as a company for taking the orders away from humans and then understaff the store making the 2 whole employees have to struggle to keep up. 20 years ago was the last time before today I bought from Baskin, today my lesson learned, 20 years was too short, a lifetime is needed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The employee, Nickole (who didn’t even have a name plate), was extremely rude to me. I asked for a smoothie with a cone, but she refused in a very disrespectful manner. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Employees should be trained to treat customers politely, not with rudeness. I hope management takes serious action to improve customer service here.

Save ur money and go else ware to get ur dunking coffee unless u wanna be met with rudeness and complete disrespect when u try to order ur food and be ignored

Place is horrible. Worst experience. Just go to the next exit. Got there at 6:50 their website says 9pm close and they say it closes at 7pm. We stood in line for over 10 minutes and when we got the the counter they refused to sell us any ice cream. Very rude staff save your money.

Alright.. If I order and pay for a hot fudge sunday with extra fudge and the fudge is bad, tell the customer! It was like trying to eat taffy. Hard as a rock!!
