The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because when I walked in the employees do not speak they just look at you. When I walk into a place of business before I even take 3 steps I want to be greeted. The ice cream is great but the customer service needs improvement. It was a guy I don’t know his name but he was really nice and telling me about the ice cream. I will be going back very soon so hopefully I get a warm WELCOME.
Went there today. Adam was the one who took care of me. He was great! Kind, knowledgeable about the product and what the company offers. Ice cream was delicious. Just not terribly fond of them having to share tips. When I tip someone, it's because I got great customer service from that person and expect that person to get the whole tip.
Came here previously on my birthday for a treat and they had five star service. I remember this little humorous gentleman named Adam had helped me at the time and recommended strawberry cheesecake ice cream to me. It's now my favorite! This time around, it was simply a hassle. Apathetic to borderline disrespectful and rude service. I don't think they even knew how to make the milkshake i ordered. So liquidy, so much milk, so little icecream. Please train your staff better. Won't be stopping by unless i see Adam in the front.
Amazing staff and wonderful place! I truly appreciate the hard work that goes into making a store like this!
Went and got a bday cake from the location in Monroe and it came out amazing & tasted great!! 10/10 Thank you!!!
