Went here with my family and was truly disappointed. They only had a few flavors to choose from and no basic flavors. A family member ordered a hot fudge sundae and was told they only had cold fudge so they put chocolate syrup on it. Didn’t even offer to reduce the price. They were severely understaffed and the lady was rude. She was more concerned about the people in the drive thru. We will never visit again. The donut side looked clean and well staffed so we should have just gotten a donut.

We went in for ice cream and we have several people in our family that have severe food allergies. Sophie did an AMZING job taking care of us, switching gloves and double cleaning utensils for each new allergy. The assistant manager was training the cashier when we checked out and she was providing great customer service training. We have made this our weekly stop for desert after church on Sunday’s.

The lady that was working by the ice cream counter on Friday night 6/14/2019 around 10:30 pm was the best. Friendly, polite and most of all patient; she provided samples of the ice cream we wanted to try and answered all the goofy questions we had. Nice work lady!

Ordered my daughter's birthday cake from here and couldn't be any happier! The cake decorator deserves a raise bc they went above and beyond for us. Best birthday cake I've ever had!

Really mad about situation this place birthday cake here!!! I would rather give them negative at one star if it have an option!!! Four day to place an order Four day to place an order the day supposed to pick up cake on Friday!!! It’s take me more than three day to come pick up the cake for the design on the cake so!! Basics on the cake is “happy birthday and I love you” it’s just to basic letter but it take them almost 3 day didn’t get it right.! Pick up the cake time 2day There’s no word or design on the cake!! The third day is party to pick up the cake . Camp to pick up just say happy birthday on the cake, but no word put on the cake say I love you!!
