12\7\2025 4 star: unfortunately it looked like their was only 1 employee, other than that, he was great. A line started to grow and he was polite, courteous, and was able to get the line done with in 15 minutes but he was able to get to us. The ice cream is delicious as ever. Came in during the $0.80 a scoop up to 6 single scoops. I would recommend if you have $6+ for a scoop.

I’ve been coming to this store for years. When they reopened after Covid I met Anjali and she has been my Go-To associate ever since. She always knows what to recommend and she makes the best Capuchino Blasts! I won’t go to another store simply because of her, she’s very kind. The store is always clean and parking is plentiful. Definitely recommend this store!

This joint is supposed to specialize in sweet treats, but the girl working during the weekend evening had a notably sour or long face, almost as if the imaginative way of offering “sweet and sour” , or “sweet and bitter” experience. But, more likely she didn’t want to be there at all, anything but interacting with customers. Her vibe could be more fitting for a funeral home or cemetery, since a great many of the encounters are with something other than humans.

HORRIBLE customer service (that I never even got). I walk in and there's a family of 5-6 before me, it takes a while since the cashier is working by herself. Then before this family even leaves another family of 3 walks in and the cashier helps them FIRST even tho I had already been standing there 10-15 minutes. I walked out with nothing because I ran out of patience. If you are not a party of 3-6 you will be ignored/not served. This is for Wednesday April 9th, approximately 7:40pm. Cashier was dark complected, long black hair in a ponytail with bangs.

Utterly rude service. Lady with a mask not even using it correctly,, if you do like your job then find another. No need to ignore me and then throw the receipt to me when leaving. My bad for ordering a cake online then deciding to want ice cream.
