Baskin-Robbins

I visited the baskin robbins at kamshopping today and had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even though the store was undergoing renovations, it was still impressively clean and well-organized. It’s clear they care about both their customers and their space. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Recent Uber Eats experience: Order went smoothly and prices were reasonable to in-store pricing. Ordered two items. Only one arrived at my door. Do the staff verify orders? Fo they verify everything was picked up? Not sure! Good thing Uber Eats refunded me but disappointed that the staff didnt notice.

Was charged once for a medium strawberry smoothie with banana added. Cashier was busy making the drink , saw the approved sign but was asked to re insert my card again. I have the receipt for Second transaction. Looked at my bank statement online and saw 2 pending transactions from the same establishment. I called in and asked the worker that there is two pending transactions and that I should give it 24hrs. Well 24 hrs went by and the first transaction that was approved went through. Tried calling the establishment but no answer. I got my refund and the cashier working was really friendly and helpful.

when ordering my graduation cake, the guy worker was really sweet and had excellent customer service, going out and extra when complying with my personal requests on the cake! 10/10 and will choose this store over the ones closer to me 😀

My Godson had a craving for ice cream so we all went just before they closed. The workers were very helpful. I was so happy they had brought back a flavor I missed...York Peppermint Pattie ice cream!! All 6 of us had double scoops of 2 if our favorite flavors...we all enjoyed our treat! Parking was plentiful probably because it was close to closing..which was great! They close at 10:30am... Hooray!
