Baskin-Robbins

Great ice cream - but be aware - they close at 8:55, not 10.the sign printed on the door says 10, the online hours say 10, but the employee will shuush you away on a Monday night at 8:55 pm. No worries tho, Handles up the road says it's open until 10, and it actually IS !

I went to Baskin-Robbins last night with my daughter and our service was good. I wanted to leave a tip to the hard-working young people, but when I paid with my debit card, the machine did not give me the option to leave a tip. Hopefully the owner or management will see this review and have that option available. These young kids deserve to make a few extra bucks!

This 5 star review is 100% for Camilla at the Lake Pleasant location. When we found out that this location no longer sells either of the ice cream flavors we have been ordering in cakes for over 30 years, Camilla went out of her way to find a solution that would work in time for our event. She was kind and patient, and she listened. Thank you, Camilla! You were wonderful! PS - To whom ever does the inventory, please start ordering the chocolate peanut butter and chocolate fudge ice creams again. They are Baskin Robbins staples. Thank you! :)

Staff here is mostly good, very few problems with them. The ice cream is great - when they have it! Multiple flavors consistently out of stock. Horrible management! Place is rarely busy... I can see why!

Not sure what’s happening here? It’s a Frankenstein Baskin Robbin’s and a new place called Twisted Gelato. Funny thing is, they don’t even have gelato in store, just haagen-Dazs. There are still some random Baskin Robbin’s cakes. There is still Baskin Robbin’s banding everywhere including the menus on the wall and the sign on the outside of the building. The store looks terribly run down. Avoid this place at all costs!
