I ordered online for pick up and the process was very smooth, quick and the girl at the front was very friendly. The ice cream cake was accurate and they’d considered my notes when I asked for certain flavors in the ice cream sandwiches. This location had a lot of cute cakes not online, such as the Labubu character, Cinnamoroll, etc..
Typical Baskin setting. We came to try the Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream bars. They have it available in white and dark chocolate. I wish it were crunchier, but the ice cream didn't disappoint.
Good ice cream portion from the staff member, but not happy about how to picked the cone with her hands. Her hand grabbed the part of the inside cone that we eat. Come on!
Very rude customer service guy ignored me after talking to his friend skipped me while I was trying to purchase acted really racist towards me I was the only person treated differently from the the people before me he was really not trying to help me I will never again come back my cake was melting while I waited in line cashier was also very rude she was also just taking her time doing other things. The guy didn’t charge lady gave her free stuff
nice and clean. they have nice art on the wall. i haven't seen that before.
