Baskin Robbins

This is one of our favorite B&R. I was bummed because they had removed all the indoor seating for some time, but it is back, so you can sit and enjoy your ice cream with friends if you want. This one has great parking in their lot, sort of a strip mall. It is right on Pico Blvd. and easy to find. The service is so wonderful. We are always happy. The employees are super. The ice cream is great. They have many flavors, 31 I think, and they now have vegan options. We also love their shakes and floats. They have ice cream cakes right there or you can order a special cake in advance. You will love it.

It's a small ice cream shop in Santa Monica. They make great Sundays,shakes and ice cream cakes.

I stopped by at this location for a birthday cake . Jessica and T were extremely kind and helpful, very nice girls with outstanding customer service skills. Thank you so much girls!!!

Had to wait 10 minutes to buy a cake. Disappointing service that talked to customer for 4 minutes and then went to cashier to serve again for 5 minutes.

Imagine having to go in the back to ask the manager if you can split a topping just to have them come back and tell you no. Imagine losing $30 in business because you don’t have the brain capacity to put a spoonful of toppings from 2 different toppings and it’s not even a sure but there’s an extra cost just a flat out no that’s not possible.
