Apparently they close earlier than 10pm. Second time I drove around to find a BR and they either don't serve anymore ice cream or they won't serve cause its near 10. There needs to be a sign that says “not serving after half an hour before their closing time” or “CLOSED AT WHATEVER TIME THEY WANT”

Since they have been hiring local kids, the service has been fantastic! This location is always clean, everyone who works there is kind and attentive. I went in this evening to purchase a few 1/2 gallons of ice cream and before I even reached the counter, the young man had a bag out ready for me. He looked at me and smiled and asked me if I wanted donuts or anything else. It’s almost shocking to have engaging service these days. Grateful to have a quick treat available in our community

Does not honor posted prices. Significantly up charges ice cream cups ~$5 vs ~$3 posted prices, $2 for toppings vs $0.79 posted Attitude when questioned is poor Stick local and get shakes at pepper jacks and ice cream elsewhere. This is poor management through and through

The store expected me to wait ten (10) minutes for a milkshake that was due 4 minutes prior to my arrival. The manager had to step in and tell the cashier to just make the milkshake. This location shouldn’t take pick-up/delivery orders unless they can handle the volume. He even had to add more ice cream to the shake because he didn’t know what he was doing with it. I’ll never return to this location.

Management here does not care about how poorly their store is ran. Specifically with one dark skinned lady with glasses who works there, it’s truly dumbfounding to try and comprehend how this woman even got hired! No customer service, extremely rude and has a stank attitude. She obviously does not want that job, if you greet her she doesn’t respond, if you say have a good night she doesn’t care, absolutely the rudest customer service worker I’ve ever encountered. I even saw her turn off the open sign to an hour before actually closing! She is probably the reason this store has an 3 star rating… Other than that, the other workers seem fine and nice to me and I’ve never had a bad experience with them.
