Our large family of 21+ decided to have an after dinner dessert treat and crowded into BR. The staff was respectful, attentive, quick. They allowed us to have samples. Very patient with the young kiddos and sorting the orders by families for billing. Day one had the caramel truffle. Returned for day two pumpkin cheesecake.

We’ve had great visits here over the years when visiting. Other locations (including FL where we live) have been hit-and-miss compared with the consistently good visits here.

We walked inside and were greeted by a gentleman. We saw the prices, which were $10+ per item, and were unsure of whether we wanted to order or not. The guy at the counter said something along the lines of “well you better not order at all if you already think it’s going to be expensive,” and that’s when we left. Maybe they have good ice cream, but their prices and customer service left something to be desired.

$20 for 1 scoop of ice cream in a cup and a Waffle cone with 2 scoops ice cream. Ridiculous prices. I got very sick after eating the one scoop of ice cream. I won't be going back. Wish I had just gone to McDonald's and got a sundae, cheaper and much better

I got a milkshake from here and there was a big piece of hard plastic in it. Thank God I didn’t swallow it. I live an hour away and was already home by the time I found the plastic. Probably won’t be back.
