While grabbing my lunch yesterday from another restaurant, I was gonna buy my drinks at Dunkin. I was greeted in the parking lot by an older Indian man who started to warn me that if I wasn’t buying from Dunkin they (actually he) would have my car towed. I was very turned off by this and decided to just grab my lunch (from the next restaurant) and leave instead of bothering to purchase my drink from Dunkin’. While returning to my car I saw this same older Indian man on the phone making a call but when he saw me coming back he put his phone away and started threatening me that next time he will call the cops and have my car towed. I straight up ignored him and he started shouting and hurling insults multiple times that I shouldn’t come back there. I’m going to report this incident to head

The employee here actually blew his nose and refused to wash his hand after touching the ice cream cones and i asked him nicely he got nasty and refused again he was older and indian very disgusted with this location. Don't go here there employees might give you coved or something worse

Just went in and watch the gentleman blow his nose and come right over to help us. I asked him if he would please wash his hands or put on some gloves and he got nasty and said I could go somewhere else cause his hands were clean.

Had a mix up with a custom cake... but they were ready to go above and beyond to fix the issue. Mistakes happen; it's how a company reacts to them that makes the difference. And besides that, the cake we did get was a hit with the recipient and delicious!

Today I ordered another ice cream cake for my daughter's bday even though last year they totally screwed up her order because the person who made the cakes had COVID and they didn't tell me until too late. Well today they at least called to tell me that the person has COVID again and they need to cancel my order (which is for 4 days from now). BUT here is the kicker - I spent 25 mins calling the BR 1800 number to cancel the order because they absolutely could not cancel it at the store. I will NEVER order another cake from this store again.
