Baskin-Robbins

i went in and couldn’t even get anything because of ig them cleaning and they don’t close for another was disappointing but they still have good ice cream besides that

Walked in and saw only employees in store but nobody acknowledged me. Okay. I stood at the counter for awhile, still they ignored me. Hmm. I sat in the chair to nap and someone called out the mobile order, of course addressing the only non-employee in the store (me) but not directly. They were as rude to me as they possibly could be in a passive aggressive manner. Maybe this store is trying not to make a profit?

I went inside and ordered a milkshake. For starters, had to wait 10 minutes before the staff even acknowledged us. The girl making my milkshake filled it 3/4 way, and instead of adding more milk or ice cream to fill it up she added SINK WATER to the blender, swished it around, and then put it in my milkshake. Right in front of me. I’d hate to see what the staff does when no one is watching… $6 for a milkshake with sink water in it. Pure laziness and carelessness

There's items on the menu listed in the store that they don't carry. The people working were rather rude and had an attitude. Their waffle cones are stale. Do yourself a favor and just go to one of the many mom and pop ice cream shops around.

So I've been driving to work through this area for over 12 years. I stop here frequently primarily for Dunkin donuts side of things, which is normally great. HOWEVER, every single time I've tried to get Baskin Robbins ANYTHING, it's a horrible experience. They rarely have anything on the menu, other than a few ice cream flavors. They always have the "seasonal" flavor poster hanging up, but each and every single time I've tried to order it, they NEVER, EVER, NOT EVEN ONCE have it. If you don't participate in the chain options, then fine. But have a menu that reflects WHAT YOU ACTUALLY SERVE!!!! Don't have the seasonal flavor? Don't put the sign up!! If you have it then run out, take it down!! If you want donuts or coffee, this is the place. If you want Baskin Robbins ice cream, skip it and
