Growing up going to this place it was great to see it is still there but it needs to have a facelift. It has not had any updates so the charm is gone. Overall the ice cream is still just as expected but the service was lackluster. Please give this cute place an update and get some workers in there that can be engaging and attentive.
Ordered 2 quarts of butter pecan got one cookies and cream and one peanut butter something? Tried to call to correct order all I get is a hangup. Like they don't have a phone number.
Love love love. The only place I've found that carries my favourite rum and raisin. even though it's seasonal, November I was told. Update: so they no longer carry my rum raisin at this branch.
Got a Mother's Day Strawberry cake from them yesterday. Absolutely outstanding! Beautiful cake and delicious! It was a last minute order as well and they were very accommodating and helpful! Would definitely go back!
I give them 1 star to leave review I paid 13.00 for a milkshake that was gross it was supposed to be strawberry cheesecake and it was not and I was told that was my problem they was not fixing it nor refunding the money do not go here in Sumter the baskin-robbins in other counties are good but buyer beware! And staff rude!
