Baskin-Robbins

I do not understand why most of the Baskin Robbins I go to are making their milkshakes with literally straight milk. I got a cookie and cream milkshake and at this point I’m so done ordering them. It’s literally almost $10 for a large cup of milk that wasn’t even fully filled. You can’t even taste the ice cream. I wish I drink it at the window so I could get a refund

I always come here for medium cappuccino blast no wep cream no cinnamon with extra vanilla ice cream Some employees charges me $2 extra I'm fine with that Theres rude guy said it's $4 and something extra so il pay around $11 -$13 for a medium blast !!!!? And when I ask for his name he said he's the manager Anthony Worst management and service Anthony ! I always come service polite and decent Not this time when I got serve by the Manger anthony unfortunately It's not about the money it's about the way u make customers feel I'm coming that means I'm paying just trigger ur way to talk to customers with more respect

Never have any decent options for ice cream, go anywhere else or to any other location if you want anything that is actually advertised. Customer service is lackluster at best, wasn't rude but just made me guess a bunch of their ice cream flavors without giving me any of their actual options.

Paid $17 for two MEDIUM milkshakes. Over charged for one. ON TOP OF I asked for a shake SPECIFICALLY with chocolate ice cream, they waited until AFTER i was charged and my order was made to inform me that there was NO chocolate ice cream. I WOULD HAVE NEVER PAID FOR IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I am very upset and will NEVER be back. All of the employees on their phones and don’t care about their customers.

When I've been here the donuts are picked over by then. No fault on their behalf though. So usually just get whatever is left and a coffee. This location is very clean and a chill place to relax or study for awhile. Prices are great! Wallet friendly.
