Wasn’t impressed with my ice cream cake, cake was stale even tasted maybe freezer burn!! Staff was very pleasant, and I did go tell them about the cake, the girl at the counter was so nice and called her boss, and the boss kinda said I left it out too long, I left it out 15 minutes like I was told, in the box! Anyways no more ice cream cakes for us The ice cream was good but everyone left the cake!
I came in this morning to find a cake for my son. The very sweet girl helped me find a cake and could do excellent writing. Now unfortunately, the robbins on 12 mile couldn't even help me find a cake. Very nice employee and I will definitely be coming back! It was also very clean in there and I was offered great service.
I tried the Baseball Nut ice cream at Baskin-Robbins in Troy, and it was amazing! The creamy vanilla ice cream with crunchy nuts and sweet raspberry swirl was perfectly balanced—not too sweet and very refreshing. A great dessert choice, especially if you like a mix of creamy and crunchy textures. I’ll definitely order it again! 🍨⚾️
