Baskin-Robbins

I'm at work trying to get a shake delivered over door dash because I'm busy WORKING. Took two different dashers and me having to stop working to figure out their job for them because they advertise all these flavors and have two actually available. I tipped the dasher who finally got it for me extra and will NEVER order from this baskin robbins again. I could have applied, interviewed, trained, and done that job better and faster than any of them. Sad.

We stopped in for ice cream at the end of a long, hot day. The girls were busy but patient and friendly. Even my 4 year old commented on what a lovely experience it was. I was super surprised that we rang up at only $20 after getting 2 scoop cup for me, 2 scoop waffle bowl for my husband, and two sprinkle cones for the kids. Would highly recommend and will be visiting more this summer.

Yum!!! Love this place, love to hate this place! I always leave with something for me, even if that wasn’t the plan. Soo many options! Cones, shakes, cookies, sundaes, cakes and more! The smell alone is amazing!! Staff nice and helpful too!

My favorite is Butter Peacan Flavor. I love nuts 🌰 🥜 lol 😂. They are close to by Fred Meyer. Location is good and easy to find. Vancouver Mall Baskin Robbins is going out business. I was sad. But only this one location is closer to my house. Other locations are in Portland Oregon. Anyways when I have a PMS, Period Pain and crazy mood. My husband bought it for me. I was crying and happy swallow Ice cream stop cranky 😝.

What an incredible experience thanks to Sydney! We came in excited with punch cards from another location and although this Baskin-Robbins location does not accept them, she handled the situation with such grace and even offered to manually document on our cards that we had purchased from this location in an effort to help us get our “free” icecream next time at the location that does accept them. She was so sweet and pleasant and truly made our experience a positive one! She is the epitome of excellent customer service and we really appreciated her!
