The only thing I wish, is for them to understand what's on the menu. You ask for the small fresh pack,Pint! And automatically they try getting you to go to the already packed, that does not taste the same. And they do not understand the pint size. They are nice, just need too learn how to flip the screen.

False advertising on creature creations supplies. We went on different times and they were always out when they told us they had it. Also, donut didn’t taste fresh.

Really worst place in the world. I took my kids for ice cream and the staff were really rude to us. We said 2 i e creams in a cone and she gave only 1 ice cream. Again i asked for 1 more i e cream and she rudely replied you said 1. Its a normal logic that with 2 kids we would like to have 2 ice cream. I wish they might learn how to handle customers. Really pathetic.

I took my girls here for ice cream and waited about 5 minutes and no one came out. So I kept saying hello but still no one came out from the back. I then yelled loudly Hello. That's when two young people came out from the back and said they were in the office. The young man looked sleep because his eyes were red and the young lady didn't say much of anything. She did ring us up and I stated that I was waiting for over five minutes and they should have someone in the front but she didn't respond. The floors in here are dirty and need to be swept and the tables need to be wipe off, so my question would be why aren't yall doing those things in instead of being in the office sleep. I went to this location in person to order an ice cream cake for my daughters' birthday on a Thursday, for pickup on Sunday, 3 days later. The website said to allow 48 hours for custom cake orders so I thought this would allow plenty of time. The order taker took my order for a custom ice cream cake with a Happy Birthday message on the top. The charge for the cake was $41 and I was told to pick up the cake at 3 pm on Sunday. Long story short, the cake was not available on Sunday when I arrived around 3:30 pm to pick it up. The staff member there, a different employee from whom I ordered the cake, called the store manager in an attempt to locate the cake, and I was told that someone had failed to deliver the completed cake to this location.
