Baskin-Robbins

Stopped to grab a milkshake, ordered a Large Chocolate at 7.65. I was told 6.65 to pull forward. Got to the window and was told $3, I said no I ordered the milkshake. He said that was the ladies in front of me, oh well. He then had 6.65 on the screen but asked me what size I ordered. I said large, he said he thought it was a medium and changed it to 7.65. A minute later a lady came to the window and handed me my shake. My 1st thought was it was a small cup but thats fine. I took a drink and looked at the sticker and it said medium 🤦🏻‍♂️. The milkshake was horrible. Imagine a slightly thicker chocolate milk that has a very weak flavor. Not being that impressed I looked at my receipt when I got home and it said large malt 😕🙄 There was nobody in the store and no one else in the drive thru ..

They only had the little sample spoons and said they had no full sized spoons. They didn’t secure the lid to my coffee causing it to spill all over the place. No one was available to replace the coffee or notify to clean it up so I just felt like a jerk and left without a coffee and this stupid spoon for the ice cream. Also forgot sprinkles on the other ice cream but that’s kind of a very small issue compared to there being no spoons somehow at the ice cream place.

Don't go there to get ice-cream! They should be out if business! It was so lame. They had no hot fudge for sundaes, they had no strawberry topping for sundaes there ice-cream was freezer burnt!! Plus they were out if sprinkles the menu had all these options everything my family wanted they were out! It was not busy! Don't waste your time going there it's not worth it!

I places a cake order with the cake decorator on Friday and asked her if she can have it ready for Sunday and she told me yes. When we went to go pick up the cake for my son's 18th birthday, they told us the pick up time for the cake was noon, we got there at 1230p and they tell us the cake is not even ready. I was forced to have no cake or a cake that was already in the freezer for free, and looks nothinglike the one I ordered. Since this is how they do business and this is my first time going through Baskin-Robbins instead of DQ like I have been for the past 7 years, I will be going back to DQ.

Twice in the past week I have struck out here. One day I called to order donuts for the next day and was told by someone on the phone that they were too busy so they asked me to call back. I decided to go elsewhere. Today I went in to get a polar pizza and they told me it would take 2 to 3 days to make. I told them I would be going to Dairy Queen. I will not visit this location again.
