Baytown Seafood Restaurant

I was pleasantly surprised! It is an old building that needs updating urgently but in a good location. The food though was AWESOME! It was a good portion and I couldn't stop eating till I finished the grilled salmon and shrimp with dirty rice and steamed vegetables. I will be back!

The food was very flavorful but the atmosphere left more to be desired.

First. The restaurant is run down. Dirty menus. Dirty floor, just over all dingy. Given i am the only single customer in the whole restaurant. I order mahi with vegetables and rice. The fish was so burnt I had to rip it apart. After waiting 15 min to tell the waitress. I said let the cook try again and take it off early. She told me that shes just gonna cook it the same. I then told her id rather just leave and yet the meal was ruined she still wanted to charge me for the few vegetables I ate. I clearly see why I was the lone customer now.. poor service, horrible food, sad cause I used to like this place.

The service was decent but not outstanding. My biggest problem was the building and cleanliness. It's fine to have an older building but its very run down and not being taken care of. Every booth was dirty, gross bathrooms, the floors were dirty and the salt and pepper shakers were disgusting. It's hard to notice the food with all of that. But! The food was good! Especially the crab cakes and special redfish of the day!

THE SERVICE & FOOD IS TRASH!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME! I ordered a chicken tender kids meal it was fried hard and it wasn’t tenders it’s thin and I mean the thinnest breast part the fries were hard and cold! The boudian balls were fresh but fried extra hard and very salty with a sweet tasting crust that was nasty as hell!!
