Amazing service!!!! I ordered off the chefs feature menu - Basil cucumber cocktail...so refreshing, made with fresh cucumber juice and Basil leaves. Then I ordered a small simple salad and Shepard's pie. Both incredible....seasoned beautifully. Wonderful hidden gem on the 3rd floor of nordstrom!!!
The customer service by our server was amazing. WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT GO HERE FOR FOOD. Terrible quality and a complete waste of money. It was as if we warmed up lean cuisine dinners, or possibly worse as the frozen dinners are at least cooked. Nordstrom needs to put more effort in the food as much as they do the ambience. Our waiter was probably the main reason we tipped more than we should. Save your money and go to the food court.
Tried this place out on New Year's Day. The food was phenominal and light. Our server, Kyle, was warm and friendly. The restaurant is located on level 3 of the Nordstrom in the back. It provides nice views of outside the mall and plays a nice slection of music that isn't too loud to disruot conversation. The salmon with couscous was lovely, light and fresh. I found myself cleaning up the whole plate. The french onion soup was fresh, not overly salted and well-made. Overall great experience and I would come again!
TRY THE TOMATO BRUSCHETTA (the middle dish). It was literally one of the best things I've ever tried. It was that amazing. I highly recommend it. It's a $10 appetizer but if you're eating it with anyone else then you're going to be fighting over it.
We had a great lunch here. We brought my mother and brother to have lunch and they loved it. The spinach artichoke dip is awesome. Very flavorful and served with amazing seasoned hot pita bread. I love the tomato soup and the crab bisque was excellent. The French dip sandwich is more than enough to share. We don’t like the fish and chips but mainly because it had an unusual batter and the halibut was cut into stick forms. The Belgian waffle was very flavorful. The service was challenging at times but overall we had a very good dining experience.
