I ordered chicken through ubereats and I found a hair embedded in it that appeared to be from human leg or the genital area. This is completely unacceptable. I expect you to address this issue and provide appropriate compensation.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats and went to the restaurant to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told that my order had already been picked up by someone else. I waited at the restaurant for nearly an hour while they tried to figure it out, but ultimately I was told they could not take responsibility. As a paying customer who showed up with confirmation and order details, this is unacceptable. If the food was handed to the wrong person, that means there was no proper verification process in place. Customers should not have to suffer because of internal mistakes. No offer to remake the food. No solution. No accountability. Very disappointing customer service.

We loved this location. There was a huge dine in area but we noticed a lot of take out orders. We opted to dine in. The chicken was so good! Nice, crispy and full of flavor. The portions were a good size as well. We were given tokens for the claw machine since we dined in. Highly recommend
