bb.q Chicken Richardson

Came here for the first time. Secret sauce was a little too sweet when it was supposed to be sweet/tangy also was supposed to get Spicy original boneless but got bone-in. Besides everything else Korean fried chicken was hot/crispy also fries were fresh and crispy .We got seated right away, and the service was super quick and friendly. Love that they also have a karaoke room — such a fun spot to hang out with friends and enjoy great food. Definitely coming back!

This is probably any introverts dream. This was our first time coming here and the male worker that helped us was so nice at explaining things like the ordering system (via button). My fiancé and I enjoyed our food in a silent atmosphere with no interruptions :D. Definitely don’t underestimate the spice level though- I could barely eat finish my ddeokbokki (it was still good!)

For context: My 6 friends and I came here around 10:30 PM on a saturday night. At least two other people and myself had been to multiple bbq chicken locations, have eaten at multiple korean fried chicken chains like pelicana and no. 1 plus chicken for YEARS and have even been to this location MULTIPLE TIMES. I don't know when there was a change in management or chef, but this did NOT meet any of our expectations at all, and giving a 2 star rating is generous. Here's the full run-down, in detail: We were sat pretty quickly and it was decently busy with a few karaoke rooms booked and a few other tables with groups that were wrapping up their meals, but plenty of staff to take care of everyone. They checked on us regularly, answered our questions about the menu, and made great recommendations. The food was absolutely amazing crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Every item we tried was fresh and packed with flavor, and you can really tell they focus on quality. Great service, great atmosphere, and incredible food. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location if you’re craving delicious Korean fried chicken!

Outstanding food and service. Going somewhere new can be intimidating with new and unfamiliar food. Staff was very kind and helpful. Will definitely be back. Apparently corn cheese is the thing to get because they were sold out (so go early)!
