B&D Burgers - Pooler

Came with a 6 person group and we were seated immediately, they have been before but this is my first time here. I got the colonial burger and it was really good. Miss Madie was our server and she got all our orders right and she was also really nice. Definitely a good place to go to when you are in pooler.

Actual rating 3.5. Desiring a burger we chose this restaurant. We came here twice in 1 week. The service is great. Lydia- 1st visit- Monday, & Ali, Friday's visit. Cute decorations with the signs and alligators. Nice set up. Friday's were suppose to be live music but it wasn't any. Monday, I ordered chicken grilled sandwich, it was dry. My S/O ordered Angus both visits and the 🍔 was good each time. Friday, I ordered an mushroom, medium well, it came out well down 🍔 & it was okay. The sides are basic. Fries are okay. Happy hour drink wasn't that great. Not a favorite restaurant but it'll do overall. Pricey as well.

The staff was very kind. We were able to dine outside with our dog. They even have an extra dog bowl ready if you forget one. The food came fairly quickly. The portions were bigger than we anticipated and the food was good. They were quite generous with the dressings and condiments as well. The music volume wasn't too loud so I appreciated that because you can hold conversations without needing to yell across the table.

The food here is delicious. But honestly the hospitality stole the show for me! The waitress was prompt with our order, always kept our drinks full, but didn't overly hover around the table. Which I loved. The outdoor patio was incredible. The vibes were impeccable. Super chill night out. Good food, great staff, perfectly priced. Couldn’t have asked for much more than that! First tried B&D’s a few years ago when I was in the service. Loved it then, love it now.

Was in town for the weekend this past weekend to shoot media for an event, called up a friend and asked what the best burger spot in town was. I strolled in this location to be welcomed by the lovely London. She was the BEST server, super sweet and attentive. Gave me great recommendations. And did not dissapoint. I got a bison burger and the alligator fritters and I gotta say they were absolutely top tier, specially with the b&d sauce to accompany them. 10/10 will definitely return when I'm back in town.
