As a DJ of 34 years, I’ve had the privilege of performing at countless venues — and I’m thrilled to now be hosting Sunday Karaoke at Salty D’s Beachside here in Ormond Beach. After my first night, I can confidently say this place is something special! The setup for entertainment is fantastic, but what really stood out to me was the staff. Dee and Ocean were hustling behind the bar serving drinks all night, yet still made time to ensure I had everything I needed for a successful show. That level of teamwork goes a long way. And then there’s Dee — the owner and the heartbeat of the place. Her energy is contagious! She’s fun, positive, and truly hands-on. Looking for a place to eat. Had great reviews with a great looking menu. The place it's self looked amazing. Roof top bar grabbed our attention. Unfortunately not serving food but Owner opens for a dance lesson night. She saw us in parking lot and offered us to come in and buy a beer, her day off I might add. Really cool vibes with even better Owner. Great job...we're coming back. 10 stars

The place could use a little TLC for top deck... one bathroom- door does lock and no toilet paper. Inside wasn't an option. Had some bloody Mary's those were good- not from scratch but they were good. Burger was pretty good too, fries are fresh cut and were hot. Overall, not a bad place just not wow.

We ate at Salty D’s for lunch and were pleasantly surprised with the offerings! I had a cooked to order Habanero Jam burger and my husband had a pacific Poke bowl. Both were very good! Thanks also to Greg who served and suggested these items. The 3rd story porch seating gave us a great view of the ocean and we even saw a sailboat cruise on by. We highly recommend Salty D’s!

This place is an absolute gem. Everyone was absolutely incredible. Kate served us brunch and was so cute. Dee was beyond accommodating and stopped what she was doing to take us out in her super cute pink convertible. We came back the next night and Ocean took SUCH good care of us. He stopped what he was doing to teach us a line dance, kept our drinks flowing, and had the most amazing energy. I would recommend this bar to literally anyone in the area.
