Beans & Brews Coffee House

Quick stop for coffee on the way to work! Fast and good coffee! got the peppermint mocha and it was like Christmas in a cup! Beans i& brew is a perfect alternative if you desire something else besides Starbucks:) This is my addition to my previous review as I frequent this location a lot and the staff is always friendly and they are always efficient! Shelly on the drive thru is always friendly and it’s always fun to hear her voice repeat what we ordered, thank you for making our mornings fun with smiles and coffee!

Everytime we have visited this location they always mess up our drinks. Today we asked for two shots of espresso in a Chai and repeated multiple times as we ordered as to help the employees out a little bit and to no surprise we got our drinks back with 0 shots of espresso. They will rip you off not worth the hassle.

I have loved going to those Beans and bruise for years, but they are really going downhill! Several weeks ago, I ordered a breakfast sandwich with eggs and it was partially frozen when I ate into it. ! I went through on Sunday morning to get a mocha, a cappuccino and two orders of egg bites. They didn’t give us a mocha. It was something else without chocolate and all four egg bites. We’re still partially frozen. I walked in just to get them reheated, and the manager stuck his hands right in the bag and touched them, then spread them out on the table and then touched each, and every one of them, placed them back into the oven and this is all after I had touched my mouth to it And he had touched all over them with his hands and was going to give them back to me, Reheated. Worst lattes I’ve ever had. 1. They don’t use whole milk 2. Ordered a latte 1/2 sweet and it tasted like it didn’t have any flavoring 3: spouse had a vanilla latte and it tasted like it had no flavoring and also like it was watered down. Way to many good coffee places to go here again

I want to give a big well deserved shout out to Jordan who went above and beyond in friendly and fulfilling service. Excellent customer service to say the least. The Beans and Brew on SR 193 by Walmart market is the best ever.
