Beans & Brews Coffee House

Multiple times I’ve gone here and ordered a flat white and they give me a latte, today I ordered a flat white with an extra shot to be sure it didn’t taste like hot milk and nothing else. To no ones surprise I got a latte which tasted like hot milk and a splash of espresso

ETA: It’s Brooke the manager who seems to have skipped her customer service training. Rude staff, absolutely not friendly for any sort of food allergies, no accommodations available and not willing to help in any way except to price gauge. Plentiful attitude and happy to stand there talking about people while I wait to be served. Would like people to pay full price for half a sandwich and charge me an additional $2.25 for two *slices* of avocado. Barista and cashier on Sunday, 12/21 at 0815. Update: my sandwich is entirely inedible, and my drink tastes like cinnamon whispered to some lukewarm gas station coffee. DO BETTER.

Ordered a Mr Bs and asked for light ice and the girl who made it put a bunch of ice. I’m not going to pay for a bunch of ice and half a cup of coffee. It feels like I got scammed and I hate how the screen always ask if you want to tip. I only tip at sit down restaurants where you actually get served. I noticed the girl was mad I didn’t tip. Best to go to Tres Gatos they have better service and the cups they give your drink in aren’t as flimsy as Beans n Brews.

Love me some beans and brew! Personal favorites are: iced Mr. B and the revolver! The revolver definitely gives me extra energy! The food was yummy, pictures don’t do it justice. The turkey, Swiss and avocado was amazing, I crave it! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was spacious, clean and up to date.

Worst matcha ever. The guy making it clearly had no idea what he was doing. He messed it up and his solution was… add more water 🤡. Ended up with a cup of slightly green-tinted water instead of matcha. Truly impressive how bad it was.
