Down to earth company that understands what quality means - no bogus ingredients or filler with the best bread in the tri state area If you're looking for an authentic Italian peasant bread, Bear Bread Works is where it's at!
This is truly the best bread available in the Westchester area, and probably beyond! The peasant boule is impeccable, the challah is lovely, and the selection of olive oil and vinegars make great accompaniments. Honeybee Grove Market is a well curated place to shop on Sunday mornings!
Amazing bread! Whether you get the peasant bread or the Challah, you will not be disappointed. Get the big loaves - they portion and freeze very well. Find it at the Somers, NY Farmers Market on Sundays. Well worth it!!
