Bear Creek BBQ

Yum! So glad we stopped in to try this place. We had the turkey and Mac and cheese with the pecan cobbler for dessert. A local said the ribs were amazing too There’s plenty of parking and a small area with a few picnic tables to sit.

I ordered a brisket taco, and it was truly the best brisket taco I have ever had. The meat was incredibly tender and packed with rich, smoky flavor. It was perfectly complemented by the fresh toppings, which included chopped onion, sliced jalapeño, and plenty of cilantro. Each ingredient added its own layer of taste and texture. I also had the chance to try the pulled pork, which was just as flavorful and satisfying as the brisket. The service is simple and works through a walk-up window. It may not be a full-service experience, but it is quick and efficient. While the setup is minimal, the quality of the food speaks for itself. This spot is definitely worth visiting if you are in the mood for delicious BBQ. I will absolutely be coming back for more.

Fantastic road side BBQ joint. The BBQ joint at the market is very cool! Friendly staff, huge tacos, very cool vibe all around. the perfect Mac and Cheese for me. I can't wait to visit again and dig into the brisket of course! (My craving was for chicken at the time, and it definitely hit the spot!)

Perfect spot to stop for lunch after going to the market. Prices were reasonable, and the food was tasty. We got the pulled pork, smoked corn, and mac n' cheese. The mac was rich and delicious, corn was juicy and sweet. Meat was a touch on the dry side, but I prefer it that way. I would 100% recommend having a nice lunch outside at this little stop off.

The meat was cold, dry, and didn't have much flavor. The beans were hot but I wouldn't get them again. I tried their Macn cheese but they were bland. Customer service was good but I came for some good BBQ. -UPDATE Yes it was at your location for $18.32 at 3.24pm on February 02, 2023 in person at Canyon Lake. Reviewed my bank statement to verify. Should I dispute the charge since this isn't what you would have done? Or are you offering a credit for a cold brisket sandwich which your male employee suggested because it was my first visit? UPDATE (11/10/23) FINALLY made it back to try again.. Another cold day, but the meat was Hot! The Mac n cheese tasted a little better today, but I'm very picky on that food item.
