Shout out to the whole team at Bears Cup for always beating the expectations. I found bears cup accidentally a few years ago at the start of the pandemic and I’ve made it to them once a year for the last 5 years. Most people go to the lake for the lake… not us we drive 4.5 hours for the best pastries you can get. Being from downstate with all of the bakeries/ bagel places we have, truly everything pales in comparison. The everything bagel I’m not sure what the secret blend of seeds is but I’m pretty confident it’s just a standard mix. The secret has got to be love. And for all the chefs, you know the make or break of any meal is the amount of love. It’s my favorite weekend of the year; every year. The line can look long; it’s an illusion. I was blessed to have a friend bring me these sweet treats all the way from Bolton landing! - I live in NJ, and I’m still dreaming about their pastries! Every single pastry I tried was absolutely delicious — fresh, flaky, and full of flavor. The croissants were perfectly golden and crisp on the outside, with soft, airy layers inside that practically melted in my mouth. The fruit danish was bursting with ripe, tangy blue berries and a sweet cream cheese filling that balanced beautifully. I also tried a cinnamon roll, and it was hands-down the best I’ve ever had — gooey, warm, and just the right amount of spice. The bagels are perfected seeded! Best spot along Lake George for coffee and breakfast. Coffee is top notch (and good coffee is hard to find around Lake George, we have found), food is excellent and they have gluten free options including gluten free bread that is by far some of the best I’ve had. Can’t wait to see what the renovations bring!

A must stop at lake George and a morning staple for our trip. Their most popular pastry The Bear Claw did not disappoint - fresh pastry with a rich chocolate filling. Loved the Jack O Lantern pumpkin spice cold brew and the 201 breakfast sandwich!

Bear’s Cup absolutely blew us away with their incredible bagels and treats for our Belmont Breakfast Party at The Residences at The Adelphi Hotel! Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and truly unforgettable—honestly, I thought I was in Europe for a moment. Danielle is the sweetest and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their team is amazing, and their food is out of this world. If you haven’t had Bear’s Cup yet, run, don’t walk! Total game changer. 🥯✨💛
