I’ve been coming here for quite some time with the assistance of my mother when needing basic testing, such as TB skin tests. Today, however, I experienced disrespect regarding my name. The nurse — I have no idea what her name was — mispronounced my first name, and when I corrected her, she replied with, “That’ll do.” I don’t understand how, as a healthcare worker, you can choose to dismiss someone’s first name when their last name, which is six letters and two syllables, is right there on the chart in front of you. That feels quite disrespectful to me, especially considering I traveled an hour away to complete this process for employment. Staff was nice and professional. Was seen promptly . The waiting area and rooms were cleaned. Also had colorful and uplifting artwork. Very pleased with my visit. Had a horrible visit with the Bernstein Clinic, so out of that disaster , I at least found BCHD, which is a blessing.

Worst place you could go for your pregnancy! I had no idea I could switch my doctors because they never told me I could after I took my pregnancy test from them they just automatically gave me papers and an appointment. I’ll give them a one star because there was actually 4 people that actually really cared and helped me as a patient other than that the rest of the staff is horrible they even treat their receptionist poorly especially the new ones (just because the nurses think their so much better than them for having a degree). Never really knew who was my midwife or doctor they never specialize but I’d always tried to get attended by mrs.griffin who’s a nurse she always tried her best on everything when she wasn’t the one that was suppose to be attending me...particularly it was these t

Friendly staff & clean facility. I went through the health department for both of my pregnancies and wouldn't change a thing. Best place to go.

There were two ladies in general that were the most helpful and explained everything so well . It was an experience of knowledge that everyone would want . Their amazing at their job .
