BeaverTails- Queues de Castor (Amherstburg)

Our first beaver tail. We each had a different kind. The staff were friendly. The store was very inviting. It was so well decorated with a true Canadian theme. Our beaver tails actually made it back to our house for a treat that afternoon. We will have to go back with the rest of the grand kids now

Ohhh my first BeaverTail experience was a 10/10. The store is bright, open, clean, inviting and other such positive adjectives. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful in suggestions. Ultimately I had to have the mEHple because maple is life. We sat down and waited patiently for our treats to be made fresh. A short 5 minute wait and we were blessed with our hot, fresh BeaverTails. The smell of the warm maple butter was enough to give me diabetes but a small price to pay for something so DELICIOUS. I got up quickly to ring the bell to celebrate this monumental milestone. A divine Canadian treat for the ages. We all thoroughly enjoyed our Tails and washed our hands and faces in the sink provide. Nice touch. We thanked the establishment and assured them we will be back in the futu

This was our first time visiting, and what a great experience! After moving back from Alberta last year and settling in LaSalle, my daughter’s teacher suggested we check this place out for a homework assignment. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, friendly, and so genuine. Kerri even took the time to tell my daughter the story of how the store came to be, which made the visit extra special. The food was incredible—especially the tails! We’ll absolutely be returning.

I've been to several Beaver Tails but this one location is the one with the best customer service so far. I didn't get the name of the lady but she's super friendly and kind. Even offering to cut the beaver tail for us. Amazing!

Absolutely loved this place! George was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely made the experience even better. You can tell he really cares about the people who come in. The food was amazing — fresh, flavorful, and honestly exceeded expectations. And the vibes? Immaculate. Such a great atmosphere that makes you want to stay, relax, and come back again. Highly recommend. Great food, great energy, and even better people. Will definitely be returning!
