Beignets & Brew

Craving beignets on a drizzly Sunday night. I have to admit that I'm not a beignet expert as the only ones I've had were at Downtown Disney in Cali (and they were so good). So when I saw this was opening near me, I was so excited to try them. Place is bright, pink and super cute! We were immediately greeted and customer service was great. We kept it simple and got a pineapple paradise smoothie, a tiramisu latte and a traditional 4 pc beignet. Other reviews mentioned the dough being hit or miss and I was a little worried about it being doughy. Firstly, presentation was so good!! That powdered sugar was insane and I appreciated it. Cute little spot. We came here for dessert after dinner. Getting the mini beignets to split amont 4 people was the best decision🤣🤣. I got a blended coffee and my cousin got a hot coffee. We got the nutella and the turtle beignets. Both were devoured. No leftovers this time around 🤣🤣 The place was cute and clean. The staff were friendly.

This is the CUTEST beignet shop I’ve ever been to! For reference, I work at a beignet shop in Georgia and have had beignets in Baton Rouge. These were by far the best beignets I’ve ever had! They’re made to order, hot and fresh and with the perfect amount of powdered sugar. I ordered their maple latte and it was equally as delicious. All the ladies working there were so sweet! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town visiting and would recommend anyone in the Hampton Roads area to give it a go!

It was my first visit, so I purchased the classic beignets with buttercream dipping sauce and a basic drip coffee. Service was friendly and everything appeared cleaner. The beignets were great, and the coffee was good. It was a nice stop, and I wouldn’t mind trying their other items. (Check the prices before youn go.)

Went to this super cute place! It was very clean and the decor was cozy and adorable. I got the Biscoff pumpkin latte and the beignets. The beignets were absolutely amazing. So fluffy, tasty, and easily the best I’ve ever had. The latte tasted more like a regular latte, I didn’t get much pumpkin flavor, but everything else was great. The staff were super nice and polite, and I’ll definitely be back!
