Beijing Dumpling

A fairly decent spot for some dumplings! 3.85 stars tbh. The prices are nice and low, but food is decent at best. The dumplings are tasty and packed with flavor but the biggest issue for me was the consistency. It was a little bit too chewy for my liking. Each bite took a bit of work. The sesame bread duck sandwich was really delicious. The bread had a light crisp and the duck was flavorful as it was nicely sauced. The Dan Dan noodles are okay. The dish was spicy but unfortunately lacked a lot of flavor. The bubble tea was delicious and refreshing! While I had some minor complaints about the food, the prices are at a good deal. I would order from here again!

I come here every once in a while for my lunch break. It’s definitely a hole in the wall and with limited seating. The prices are really good & inexpensive especially for Forest Hills. The dumplings are pretty small and not filling if you just get 8, so sometimes I get 16. I like the classic pork & chives the best. Their sesame pancake sandwiches could be better. They lack a lot of flavor & seasoning. I’ve tried their teriyaki dishes before and it’s very greasy & heavy. I wasn’t a huge fan. The service here is good. The workers are very nice & quick at serving. I’d recommend people to come here if they’d like a quick fix.

Simple spot with excellent food. Amazing service. I’m sick and needed some soup, got the beef noodle soup and I feel so much better. This is my first time having them and I will be back every week. Got the assorted pan fried dumplings and all of them were great.

Casual tasty comfort food in a flash! Quick and friendly service. Chive and Pork dumplings are nice and crispy, Taiwanese Rice Bowl is delicious and hits the spot. It’s the Asian soul food, simple yet so satisfying. Ice green tea is very refreshing. Will come back for more!

Great spot for pan fried dumplings, which are fresh and crispy and not overly oily. Workers are friendly and service is fast. The restaurant is clean and ventilation is efficient for an open kitchen. They sell frozen dumplings to go as well.
