Bell Street Burritos is a pretty solid spot, but I don’t think it needs all the hype it gets in ATL. A lot of people absolutely love it here, and while the burrito I got was definitely flavorful, the menu felt a little limited—especially when it comes to bean options and customization. The service was fine, but not super warm. The person at the register didn’t greet me or make any small talk; they just asked what I wanted. Not a huge deal, but it did make the experience feel a bit flat. Overall, it’s good and worth trying, but not a mind-blowing burrito spot for me.

I have been coming here regularly for years, and after today, it’s time for me to stop. I write this post because this area has so many incredible restaurants with remarkable staff and servers and they deserve business over a place that allows profoundly disrespectful behavior. I ordered guacamole on my burrito and it was left off-which of course happens. I told the cashier, and they told me to bring the receipt, I obliged. After looking at the receipt, the cashier told me to go open up the burrito and look for it. I said that I had already done this, and the cashier became incredibly rude. I went back and looked through the burrito again. When I came back to ask for the guacamole that was definitely not there, the cashier asked me to bring her said burrito which I did. The cashier then se

I don’t know what exactly happened at Bell Street Burritos, but I walked in a man and walked out a believer. I ordered the extra-large pulled pork burrito, and let me tell you, it was so big it had its own gravitational field. I briefly considered naming it and claiming it as a dependent on my taxes. The pork? Tender enough to bring a tear to your eye. The tortilla? A warm, fluffy hug from the carb gods. Every bite was like a mariachi band doing a celebratory solo in my mouth. I didn’t eat this burrito—I survived it. I emerged from the other side of this experience stronger, wiser, and in need of a nap. The staff was chill, the place had good vibes, and despite the fact that I looked like a construction worker trying to eat lunch in a wind tunnel (shredded pork everywhere), no one judged

We've been fans of Bell Street for many, many years. The cheese dip is the best in town and everything we eat here is consistently fantastic. I had to rave about all the incredibly kind and welcoming people at the Krog St. location tonight because they all went above and beyond. Just the nicest people around! Food was spot-on, as always.

Safe to say, I won't be going here again. I just ordered take out from here an hour ago. And when I got home I was so disappointed. The portion size should be called a "burrito cup!" Less than a scoop of rice under mushy toppings. And I paid almost $20 for this foolishness. The steak was seasoned well. Whoever put this cup together should be ashamed.
