Visited on a Friday around 6:30PM. No line, or wait and we were seated quickly. The menu is small but the food is phenomenal. Entrees seemed to run between $18-30 a plate. The bread and garlic butter was outstanding. The balsamic vinegar was some of the best I’ve had. We ordered the butternut squash ravioli and the tortellini with prosciutto. Both dishes were delicious. The staff was polite and adequately attentive.

The service was excellent, we showed up early, not expecting to get a table, but our table was available. The wine, appetizers, soup and the main entrée was all very delicious, and the portions are definitely good size. Definitely a must try!!

This place deserves more recognition. It’s ridiculous that on a Friday night, Olive Garden will have a long waitlist while a local authentic Italian restaurant has several open tables. Bella Italia serves the BEST Italian food in town, provides a nice wine selection, and offers a high-end ambiance. Next time you’re wanting pasta in the Tri-Cities, get a taste of this.

Avoid: Disappointing Service & Misleading Menu I would not recommend this restaurant. The experience was a series of frustrations from start to finish: • Misleading Menu: The options in-house are very limited and completely different from what they advertise online. • Service Gaps: We were never even asked for drink orders. While the waitress was kind, a major communication barrier led to constant misunderstandings. • Zero Flexibility: Salads come with a "predetermined" dressing—no other options or choices provided. • Lack of Transparency: They failed to mention the meatballs are a pork/beef mix until it was too late, which caused issues for our table. • Poor Value & Forced Gratuity: The food quality is mediocre at best and not worth the price. I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, the warm welcome and cozy atmosphere made it clear we were in for something special. Every dish tasted fresh and authentically Italian — you can tell they put real care into their ingredients and preparation. The pasta was perfectly cooked (they even offer excellent gluten-free options!), the sauces were rich and balanced, and even the bread felt homemade. Service was attentive without being rushed, and the staff clearly take pride in sharing their food and culture. If you’re looking for a meal that feels like a little trip to Italy — and one that’s friendly for gluten-free diners — this is it. Highly recommended!
