Bella Pizzaria

I love Bella’s food, but the staff’s incompetence is on another level. The place was completely empty, I called ahead, and they told me my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and STILL ended up waiting another 30 minutes. One full hour to make a few esfihas. What’s the point of calling ahead if they can’t honor the time? This was absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of my time.

I’ve ordered a few times from Bella Pizzeria had enjoyed their esfirras. This time I was really disappointed with both delivery time and food quality. It was not appetizing at all.

I ordered 2 large pizza's which were $35 a piece. $70 for two large pizza's so I figured They would be amazing and they even looked amazing. I couldn't have been more WRONG!!! The chicken and the steak was incredibly dry and absolutely flavorless. The steak was like chewing on a leather boot. The shredded chicken was like eating hay. So in the end I ended up spending $70 on 10lbs of edible cardboard. Threw out 70% of both pizzas. I've never been so disappointed over pizza. I should've just went to McDonald's.

My husband and I started ordering from Bella’s when they were in Ashland still. We leave 40 minutes away but still drive to get their pizza and desserts. The customer service is great and the pizza is amazing. Highlight recommended if you like brazilian style pizza.

Pizza was delicious, service was amazing! Would definitely recommend it
